It’s the Giving Season, and Giving Tuesday in particular, will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Please consider the St. Augustine Orchestra for your year-end charitable giving this year – even a small donation goes a long way with our nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization!
For the St. Augustine Orchestra, this year-end giving is particularly important as we enter a new decade! And with that new decade, is a Board of Directors who is more focused, and fiscally-focused than ever before, on making our modest budget work as hard as it can. We exist to entertain the public and visitors to St. Augustine, and it is only possible through ticket sales and the generosity of donors and sponsors like you. We’ve been here in St. Augustine since 1961 and believe that the public should “listen to local”!
The dollars you generously give, help us pay for increasing venue rentals costs, a skilled and experienced conductor and associate conductor, music acquisition and special programming.
The Mission of the SAO is to create and support a highly respected symphony orchestra, performing great works with passion and excellence, and to be an indispensable partner to our community, providing enrichment through inspiring concerts, music education programs, and access for all.
